La presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo aseguró que el incremento de aranceles las importaciones de mercancías textiles no es un mensaje en contra de China.
“Ayer hicimos dos anuncios, uno de los aranceles particularmente para ciertos productos de la industria textil, que algunos medios hoy lo toman como si fuera un mensaje a China, no tiene que ver con la protección de la industria nacional”, indicó.
En conferencia de prensa, la titular del Ejecutivo expresó que esta medida es parte del denominado Plan México que será presentados principios de enero de 2025.
Recordó que en la campaña por la Presidencia, particularmente en Guanajuato, Jalisco, en la zona del Bajío, hay muchas empresas familiares con décadas trabajando la maquila y desde hace varios años han cerrado por la entrada de productos que utilizan esquemas de facilidades para la exportación que realmente no tienen ese fin.
“Entonces, lo que ayer se hizo fue evitar esta trampa que se estaba utilizando, que en realidad es una forma de corrupción”.
Señaló que la otra medida fue poner orden a los agentes aduanales ya que algunos aprovechan los resquicios de la ley, para utilizar formas de “pago ilegal” para dar permisos.
Ahora se les hace corresponsables ya que hay incumplimiento por parte de agentes aduanales.
