El gobernador Alejandro Armenta remarcó la reducción del 30 por ciento en feminicidios en el Estado.
Dijo que es gracias a la participación de la Fiscalía del Estado en la estrategia de descentralización de los cuerpos de operación.
También participan DIF estatal y Secretaría de Gobernación, además de la operación de 17 Casas Carmen Serdán que atendió a más de 30 mil mujeres con casos de violencia intrafamiliar.
Por otro lado, Armenta anunció la instalación del Consejo Ciudadano de Paz integrado por los tres órdenes de gobierno, sociedad civil organizada y sector empresarial para escuchar con mayor eficiencia a la población y para garantizar la seguridad de los ciudadanos.
