La Presidenta señaló que la FGR establecerá si hay cargos contra el senador.
La presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo aseguró que hasta el momento no hay nada que incrimine al coordinador de Morena en el Senado, Adán Augusto López, en el caso de Hernán Bermúdez Requena “El Abuelo”, líder del grupo delincuencial “La Barredora” y su exsecretario de Seguridad en el Gobierno de Tabasco.
En su conferencia mañanera de este viernes 19 de septiembre en Palacio Nacional, Sheinbaum Pardo insistió en que la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) debe informar sobre las declaraciones de testigos y en su caso llamar a declarar al senador.
“La Fiscalía tiene que hacer sus investigaciones. Si la Fiscalía nos dice o establece que hay algún cargo contra el senador, la situación es distinta. Hasta ahora no hay nada que haya dicho la Fiscalía”, dijo la Presidenta.
“No hay nada en este momento que lo incrimine”, aseguró.
La Barredora arrancó a la par del gobierno de Adán Augusto.
En su edición de este viernes, EL UNIVERSAL publica que “El Abuelo” creó en diciembre de 2018 la organización criminal “Pelón de Playa”, que después se convirtió en “La Barredora”; al mismo tiempo, Adán Augusto López arrancó su gobierno —el 31 de diciembre de ese mismo año— y en su toma de protesta lo acompañó el entonces presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
Esto de acuerdo con la carpeta de investigación FqED/FEMDO/FEITATA-JAL/0000224/2025 que la FGR le presentó al juez del Centro Nacional de Justicia Penal Federal en el Estado de México, con residencia en Almoloya de Juárez, El Altiplano, para solicitar la orden de aprehensión contra Bermúdez Requena.
En el documento, la persona identificada con las siglas C.T.D.R. describe que, al menos desde 2018, el exfuncionario daba instrucciones específicas a tres de sus cómplices: Ulises Pinto Madera, “El Mamado”, testigo protegido; Daniel Hernández Montejo o Yeison Daniel Hernández Montejo y C.T.D.R.
Reiteró que la información sobre los actos de “El Abuelo” viene hacia diciembre de 2023: “En ese momento, el presidente López Obrador solicita que se retire del cargo a esta persona y se le investigue”.
“Se retira el cargo de esta persona por parte del entonces gobernador en enero. Esa es la información que había en el gabinete de Seguridad, de esta persona en ese momento. Durante cuatro años los delitos en Tabasco bajaron de una manera muy importante, todos (…) No había ningún elemento con sustento que pudiera informarse que estuviera involucrado en algún grupo delincuencial este secretario de Seguridad, eso ocurre hasta diciembre del 2023; en enero es retirado; esta persona huye y después viene la presentación ya formal de todas las pruebas para su orden de aprehensión, posteriormente”, explicó.
“La Fiscalía tiene, en todo caso, que informar si esto que sale el día de hoy, de este testigo es cierto, no es cierto. Si sí es cierto, si es suficiente para poder llamar a declarar al senador si ese es el caso, pero no hay, hasta ahora, nada en donde nosotros podemos decir que eso es cierto”, añadió la titular del Ejecutivo federal.
