El presidente del Senado confirmó la recepción del documento emitido por la presidente Claudia Sheinbaum.
El congreso mexicano recibió la iniciativa de la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, para que la extorsión se persiga de oficio.
La solicitud, llegó la tarde de este jueves a la mesa directiva de la Comisión Permanente, presidida por el senador José Gerardo Rodolfo Fernández Noroña, quien confirmó la recepción del documento: «Acaba de llegar la reforma constitucional para enfrentar la extorsión».
“Con fundamento en los artículos 78, fracción III de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos: 26, fracción 1, 27, fracciones III y XV de la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública Federal: 1 y 6 fracción XL del Reglamento Interior de la Secretaria de Gobernación; y para efectos de lo dispuesto en los artículos 71, fracción 1 y 72 de la Carta Magna, me permito acompañar el documento con firma autógrafa de la Presidenta de la República, Dra. Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, por el que se somete a la consideración de la Cámara de Diputados del H. Congreso de la Unión la siguiente Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto: Por el que se reforma el inciso a) de la fracción XXI del artículo 73 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en materia de extorsión”, dijo.
Señala la petición, firmada por la Secretaria de Gobernación, Rosa Icela Rodríguez.
Se prevé que en las próximas horas, el proyecto sea publicado en la gaceta parlamentaria.
