La presidenta Sheinbaum pidió no politizar el caso del asesinato de una mamá y sus tres hijas en una comunidad de Sonora.
La presidenta de México, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, detalló que es “doloroso” y un caso “que conmociona a México” los asesinatos de una mamá y sus tres hijas en Sonora.
En la conferencia matutina de Palacio Nacional, Sheinbaum Pardo apuntó que las autoridades deben investigar lo ocurrido, y pidió no politizar la investigación de este caso.
Nos conmociona a todo México, evidentemente (…) Este caso particular es doloroso y hay que estar cerca de las víctimas”, afirmó.
La mandataria mexicana afirmó que los homicidios de la mamá y sus tres hijas ya son investigados por las autoridades de Sonora.
La Fiscalía de Sonora busca imponer “una sentencia condenatoria con la pena máxima” en contra del presunto responsable del asesinato de tres niñas -dos gemelas de once años y una de nueve- y su madre, de 28 años, el pasado fin de semana en la comunidad Miguel Alemán, en los alrededores de Hermosillo.
La autoridad estatal informó en la previa que abrió una investigación en contra de Jesús Antonio “N”, señalado como probable responsable de los delitos de feminicidio agravado y homicidio infantil en número de tres, cometidos en perjuicio de Margarita “N”, la madre, y sus tres hijas menores de edad.
“Una vez en audiencia, se presentaron sólidos medios de prueba que acreditan la probable responsabilidad del señalado por los crímenes que se le imputan, por lo que el Juez determinó vincularlo a proceso e imponer la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva justificada”, apuntó la Fiscalía.
Según el Código Penal de Sonora en delitos como el perpetrado por el multihomicida contempla una pena máxima de hasta 70 años de cárcel.
Además, la Fiscalía estatal indicó que con pruebas periciales, testigos, cateos y la declaración del probable responsable se estableció que los hechos ocurrieron el 3 de julio pasado y que el imputado mantenía una relación ocasional y afectiva con la víctima, a quien asesinó a tiros ese día por la noche, y posteriormente a las tres menores, cuyos cuerpos abandonó en la vía pública, a un costado de la carretera.
El de la madre fue localizado el 4 de julio y los de las niñas un día después, tras el avisó de un grupo de buscadoras.
