El mensaje señala que ciertas áreas de la frontera sur de Estados Unidos han sido designadas como zonas de defensa nacional.
Dichos lugares, de acuerdo con la embajada, se consideran extensiones de bases militares de Estados Unidos, por lo que cualquier persona no autorizada que ingrese en estas zonas será objeto de multa, arresto, enjuiciamiento y encarcelamiento.
