Donald Trump, cumplió su palabra y en los primeros minutos de este martes 4 de marzo, y entraron en vigor los aranceles del 25% en contra de México.
Los sectores más afectados por los aranceles de Trump a México son el ganadero, de construcción, automotriz y alimentario, de acuerdo con los datos del Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad (IMCO).
El costo dependerá de cómo las empresas ajusten sus estrategias de precios derivados de los aranceles del 25% impuestos por Estados Unidos, algunos probablemente experimentarán un crecimiento.
El director general del Grupo de Consultores de Mercados Agrícolas, Carlos Anaya, comentó que aunque los estadounidenses serán los más afectados, los precios en México también podrían verse incrementados ante la falta de demanda de los productos en Estados Unidos por su encarecimiento
De acuerdo con Carlos Anaya, los productos que probablemente experimentarán aumentos de precio en México son:
- Automóviles
- Productos agrícolas: Alimentos como jitomates, aguacates, frutas, granos y cereales.
- Productos de origen animal: Carnes, pescado, leche y miel.
- Alimentos enlatados
- Refrescos y cervezas
- Electrodomésticos: Lavadoras, refrigeradores, estufas, planchas y otros
Aunque los aranceles son aplicados a las exportaciones mexicanas hacia Estados Unidos, es común que generen efectos en cadena que impactan los precios internos.
