En un comunicado que compartió Helena Monzón, hermana de la activista Cecilia Monzón, asesinada en el 2022, se informó que, un juez sustituto le otorgó un amparo a Javier L.Z.
Bajo el argumento de que supuestamente no se condujo adecuadamente la audiencia de extensión de prisión preventiva de Javier L.Z., la hermana de Cecilia Monzón informó a través de sus redes sociales que el presunto feminicida de la abogada, ganó un amparo con un juez sustituto, lo que le puede permitir a Javier L.Z. solicite su liberación.
En un comunicado que compartió Helena Monzón, hermana de la activista Cecilia, asesinada en el 2022, se informó que, el juez sustituto Eliezer Melchor Aguilar le otorgó un amparo a Javier L.Z., con el que podría poner fin a su prisión preventiva.
Lo anterior, causa conmoción y preocupación en la familia de la víctima, pues según aseguró su hermana, ven un alto riesgo de evasión de la justicia, toda vez que, a casi tres años de feminicidio de la abogada, no se ha hecho justicia por su muerte.
“Nueva audiencia de revisión de medida de prisión preventiva. Nos toca pelear de nuevo y eso haremos hasta ver #JusticiaParaCeciliaMonzón”, escribió Helena, su hermana.
En el informe compartido, se resalta el hecho de que el amparo concedido a Javier L.Z., no solamente revictimiza a la familia Monzón, pues tienen que repetir la audiencia, ya que supuestamente, no se condujo adecuadamente la audiencia de extensión de prisión preventiva de Javier L.Z. hasta septiembre de 2025.
“Se trata de una resolución de amparo, aún pendiente de notificación. Que permite que el acusado solicite su liberación en una audiencia a celebrar próximamente. La resolución de amparo ignoró los alegatos de la representación de la familia Monzón a los que no dan respuesta, para centrarse en una supuesta arbitrariedad en el transcurso de la audiencia 6 de diciembre de 2024, en la que se consiguió la extensión de la medida de prisión preventiva de Javier López”, se lee en el comunicado.
Lo anterior, basado a que no se habría analizado de forma suficiente la complejidad del asunto, pese a la evidencia constatada a lo largo del procedimiento, no obstante, se detalla que, el juicio por feminicidio se encuentra -aún- señalado para el próximo 12 de marzo.
