Hoy, aproximadamente a las 10:00 horas, se reportó un lesionado por arma de fuego en la intersección de la 17 Sur entre la 45 y 43 Poniente, en la colonia Prados Agua Azul.
Al lugar llegó una unidad de ambulancia, específicamente de Protección Civil, con número económico 3208.
Junto al lesionado, se encontraba un vehículo Volkswagen Virtus de color blanco con placas de circulación TUN428B, estacionado frente al domicilio marcado con el número 4311, que corresponde a la razón social “SJ y S Abogados”.
El ejecutado se llamaba Josué Parra López, asistente del abogado Fernando Juárez Hernández.
Además, una mujer que se encontraba en el lugar refirió haber observado un vehículo Volkswagen Pointer de color rojo, del cual viajaban tres individuos. Uno de ellos estaba encapuchado y fue quien accionó el arma de fuego, disparando en varias ocasiones contra el vehículo Virtus, en el que se encontraban dos hombres.
Por otra parte, en una entrevista con otro abogado de la misma firma, se nos informó que ese mismo día se llevaba a cabo una audiencia relacionada con el robo de un vehículo de la plataforma Didi, caso que estaba siendo atendido por el abogado Fernando Juárez Hernández, quien, lamentablemente, se encontraba en la audiencia junto a su asistente, Josué Parra López, ahora fallecido.
Las autoridades continúan con las indagatorias pertinentes en busca de esclarecer los hechos.
