El presidente del Consejo Judicial Ciudadano, Jorge Nader, detalló que a las 12:00 horas le entregarán a la jefa de Gobierno, Clara Brugada, esta terna.
El Consejo Judicial Ciudadano eligió por unanimidad a la terna de personas a ocupar la titularidad de la Fiscalía General de Justicia de la Ciudad de México.
Todos los consejeros dieron su voto de confianza para la elección de Alcalde Luján.
Los elegidos son:
- Anaid Valero Manzano
- Bertha María Alcalde Luján
- Ulrich Richter Morales
La semana pasada cuatro consejeros estuvieron en contra de incorporar a Alcalde Luján a la terna, pero este día le dieron un voto de confianza, pues la aspirante envió un documento en el que señala que está en proceso de revalidar su grado de máster en México, situación por la que había sido criticada.
El presidente del Consejo Judicial Ciudadano, Jorge Nader, detalló que esta misma tarde entregarán esta terna a la jefa de Gobierno, Clara Brugada, quien podrá enviar un nombre o los tres al Congreso capitalino para su votación. Asimismo, descartó algún tipo de presión hacia los 10 integrantes de este Consejo y dijo que esta terna es sólida.
“Hoy se aprobó la terna por unanimidad de votos, lo cual nos tiene muy contentos porque significa que la terna sólida y que cualquiera de las personas es un buen candidato tanto para la jefa de gobierno como para el Congreso de la Ciudad”, sostuvo.
Y añadió: “Nunca hemos recibido presiones ni las aceptaríamos. Como ustedes vieron nosotros hemos sido un Consejo Ciudadano que ha tenido división de opiniones, a veces voto diferenciado, pero con espíritu colaborativo y, además, consciente de la responsabilidad que tenemos, pues sacamos este proceso adelante”.
Precisó que el documento entregado por Bertha Alcalde y una nueva valoración de los perfiles, expedientes y entrevistas, los ayudaron a tomar esta determinación por unanimidad.
Durante la discusión de esta terna, el consejero Emiliano Robles Gómez-Mont, quien la semana pasada votó en contra de Bertha Alcalde, dijo que cambió de opinión porque estas tres personas cumplieron con todos los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria, y porque Bertha María Alcalde está haciendo su propio nombre.
“Por eso he decidido darle el voto de confianza para que integre la terna y ser una de las aspirantes, y lo digo por una cuestión estrictamente personal porque yo vengo de tres generaciones de abogados y siempre he dicho que yo pretendo hacer mi propio camino y deberé de ser juzgado evaluado a partir de lo que yo hago en mi vida y no a partir de lo bueno o malo”, expuso.
En este sentido, Bárbara Yllan Rondero, quien también se había manifestado en contra, sostuvo que con el documento enviado por Alcalde Luján, en el que manifiesta su intencionalidad de hacer su revalidación de estudios correspondientes, solventa el punto que criticó la semana pasada.
