Sin cambios respecto a lo aprobado en San Lázaro, las comisiones de Hacienda y Estudios Legislativos aprobaron en lo general y en lo particular la Ley Federal de Derechos 2025, que incluye incrementos al cobro en algunas actividades como la minería o los servicios migratorios.
Con 24 votos a favor de Morena y sus aliados, así como nueve en contra de la oposición, se aprobó dicha ley que aportará 137,500 millones de pesos al erario público, una cifra 2.3 veces mayor que lo aprobado para este año.
Se incluyen ajustes en los derechos por el uso, aprovechamiento y explotación de los minerales que se extraigan del subsuelo, a fin de que sean congruentes con el grado de aprovechamiento obtenido por los sujetos que llevan a cabo actividades mineras.
La senadora del PT, Liz Sánchez, expuso que el proyecto de Ley de Ingresos de la Federación y la Ley Federal de Derechos para el 2025 no es sólo un ejercicio técnico, sino una declaración de principios que representa el compromiso firme de priorizar a quienes más lo necesitan, de no abandonar a nadie en el camino y de actuar con responsabilidad fiscal, pero sin perder de vista nuestra obligación con la justicia social.
“Sin nuevos impuestos ni aumentos en los existentes, esta propuesta demuestra que es posible hacer más con menos, optimizando la recaudación y asegurando que cada peso del erario público sea utilizado con eficiencia y transparencia”, argumentó.
