Ante la presencia del potencial Ciclón Tropical Uno en el Golfo de México, el Gobierno de México informó que puso en marcha medidas preventivas y de alerta para proteger a la población en las áreas afectadas. Autoridades de diversos niveles gubernamentales se encuentran uniendo esfuerzos para enfrentar los posibles impactos de este fenómeno meteorológico.
Según información proporcionada por la Secretaría de Marina (SEMAR), la Comisión Nacional del Agua (Conagua) y la Coordinación Nacional de Protección Civil (CNPC), el ciclón se ubicó a 195 kilómetros al nor-noroeste de Frontera, Tabasco, con vientos de 65 km/h y rachas de hasta 85 km/h, desplazándose hacia el noroeste a 11 km/h. Se anticipa que durante las próximas horas se intensifique y se convierta en la tormenta tropical Alberto.
Alejandra Margarita Méndez Girón, coordinadora general del Servicio Meteorológico Nacional (SMN), advirtió sobre la influencia de este sistema en estados como Campeche, Chiapas, Oaxaca, Quintana Roo, Tabasco, Veracruz y Yucatán, donde se esperan lluvias intensas y vientos significativos.
Para este martes y miércoles se pronostican lluvias torrenciales en varias regiones, incluyendo Tamaulipas, Veracruz y Nuevo León. Por ende, se cerraron puertos y se recomienda a la población mantenerse informada a través de canales oficiales y seguir las indicaciones de Protección Civil.
Además. alrededor de 2,900 refugios están disponibles para quienes requieran resguardarse del temporal. Laura Velázquez Alzúa, directora del Centro Nacional de Comunicación y Operación de Protección Civil, instó a mantener la vigilancia y preparación ante cualquier eventualidad, subrayando la colaboración entre entidades gubernamentales para coordinar las acciones de respuesta.
