López Obrador rechazó que su sexenio sea uno de los gobiernos con mayor violencia.
“No hay más violencia, hay más homicidios que todo el sexenio”, afirmó el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador en su conferencia mañanera de este lunes 6 de mayo en Palacio Nacional.
López Obrador aseguró que como en ningún otro gobierno, en su administración hay menos robos, menos secuestros y menos delitos del orden federal, pero reconoció que donde le ha costado más es en los homicidios dolosos.
“Porque se crearon bandas en el periodo neoliberal, no habló de las bandas musicales eso es otra cosa”, expresó en el Salón Tesorería.
El Presidente recordó que su gobierno se ha dedicado a atender las causas que generan la violencia y aseguró que poco a poco ha habido avances.
“Porque venimos de una decadencia, de una crisis extrema, nunca vista, eso fue lo que causó la política neoliberal”, declaró.
López Obrador rechazó que su sexenio sea uno de los gobiernos con mayor violencia, pues desde 2018 a la fecha -según sus cifras- han logrado reducir 22% los homicidios dolosos en el país.
Trabaja para que en último año de su sexenio no se dispare la inseguridad.

Comentó que en 2018, en el último año del sexenio del presidente priista Enrique Peña Nieto, se fue para arriba la incidencia delictiva.
“Vamos trabajando, espero cuidar mucho este año, porque 18, el último año del licenciado Peña se fue para arriba, este año lo tengo que cuidar bastante”, dijo.
El Mandatario mostró gráficas sobre la incidencia delictiva en donde presumió que ha logrado disminuir los robos, los secuestros, los delitos del fuero federal, pero donde tienen problemas en los homicidios dolosos.
